Flights, hotels, visas, insurance, cars and event venues are provided by third-party suppliers. Their rules, availability, cancellation policies and service conditions may apply.
Airline, Hotel and Visa Rules
All bookings are subject to supplier policies, fare rules, hotel terms, government regulations and embassy or consulate requirements.
Visa Approval Disclaimer
Visa approval is subject to embassy/consulate decision. We assist with documentation and coordination but do not guarantee visa approval.
Payment and Refund Terms
Payment timelines, credit terms, cancellation charges, service fees and refund handling should be updated in the final proposal or commercial agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The firm is not responsible for supplier disruptions, airline schedule changes, visa refusals, force majeure events or delays outside its reasonable control. Final liability terms should be confirmed contractually.
